VitaModo Conference 2026
Where psychiatry, information hygiene, and a life well-lived meet.
- Date
- 12–14 October 2026
- Location
- Valencia, Spain
Why this conference
We are surrounded by more information about the mind than any generation before us — and more confusion about how to use it. This conference is an invitation to slow down and separate what is true from what is merely loud.
Three days of lectures, coaching, and integration, built around a single clinical principle: the symptom is information, not a defect. You leave not with a verdict, but with a method.
“I live the way I teach.”
Programme
A repeating daily rhythm across the three days — placeholder structure, full schedule to follow.
- 01
Mornings
Lectures
Clinical talks from forty years of practice — the distinction between objective fact and the stories we tell about it.
- 02
Afternoons

Small-group work that turns principle into practice: the three-pencils method applied to your own life.
- 03
Evenings
Integration sessions
Quiet, unhurried space to let the day settle — reflection, conversation, and rest.
